About the event
Non-Violent Communication is a technique developed by Marshall Rosenburg to help people communicate in healthier ways. The main focus of NVC is to identify the needs we have, and use non-accusatory language when we share our feelings with others. This 2-hour workshop will give you the basics you need to understand NVC and begin using it in your life, to see if it makes a difference for you.
