About the event
The Mayan calendar resets for the year on this day, and so the veil between the worlds begins to thin. On July 25th, Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun. On this day, there is no time, only an appreciation for the simple fact that Time is Art.
This day realigns the 13 Moon Calendar with the solar year and re-aligns humanity into renewed appreciation for our inherent divinity and connection to nature. This calendar measures time from a 4th-dimensional perspective, thereby revealing the synchronic and cyclical nature of time. This integrates the feminine aspects of nature and helps us align more fully with our purpose in this world.
Join us at Herding Cats Collective, the developing urban ecovillage in central Calgary!
We are partnering with Cosmic Tribe (the incredible Carlos Kanga) to bring you a special event to mark this important moment. We are co-creating this event in the style of an intentional community gathering.
This is an opportunity to step outside of the mainstream paradigm of time as money, and instead experience time as ART. We will have events happening all day, with a special debut Art Projection Show by our very own Entruvia.
What a great occasion to be together again! All are welcome and bring your instruments to join in Open Mic or Jam-time! Tickets will be by donation at the door.
